Does CheapMedCards.com's services follow all of my state's laws?
Yes. All of our services comply with all applicable state laws. All recommendations are approved by licensed Nurse Practitioners with registered DEA certificates. Our Telemedicine services follow all protocols developed under the each states Board of Licensure and the applicable MMMP rules regarding a bonafide provider/patient relationship and treatment plan.
Who can qualify for a Medical Marijuana recommendation?
State residents over the age of 18 with certain health conditions can qualify for a Medical Marijuana recommendation from one of our physicians/nurses.
Oklahoma
It is at the sole discretion of the physician. If the evaluating physician determines that the patients symptoms can be helped by cannabis then it is recommended and the patient can legally be allowed to purchase, possess, and cultivate Medical Marijuana.
Maine:
It is at the sole discretion of the nurse. If the evaluating nurse determines that the patients symptoms can be helped by cannabis then it is recommended and the patient can legally be allowed to purchase, possess, and cultivate Medical Marijuana.

This pricing for our telehealth visits and simple and transparent. There are no additional costs associated with your visit.
However - certain states charge filing fees when submitting your application. This is separate from our cost and unrelated to our services.
Oklahoma filing fees charged by the OMMA are as follows:
$100 non-refundable fee
OR
$20 non-refundable fee with proof of Medicare/Medicaid/Disabled Status
