Fill out our pre-application form

Simply fill out the basic information, check all the boxes, upload your medical records, and you’re all set.

Book your online appointment

In just 10 - 15 minutes one of our nurses will qualify you for your new ID card during the online consultation!

Get a medical ID card!

After your appointment with one of our health professionals, if you qualify, we’ll send you your certification! It’s that easy.

After you book you will receive an email with instructions on how to connect with your nurse. We prefer to use encrypted Google Hangouts.

Yes. All of our services comply with all applicable state laws. All recommendations are approved by licensed Nurse Practitioners with registered DEA certificates. Our Telemedicine services follow all protocols developed under the each states Board of Licensure and the applicable MMMP rules regarding a bonafide provider/patient relationship and treatment plan.

State residents over the age of 18 with certain health conditions can qualify for a Medical Marijuana recommendation from one of our physicians/nurses.

Oklahoma
It is at the sole discretion of the physician. If the evaluating physician determines that the patients symptoms can be helped by cannabis then it is recommended and the patient can legally be allowed to purchase, possess, and cultivate Medical Marijuana.

Maine:
It is at the sole discretion of the nurse. If the evaluating nurse determines that the patients symptoms can be helped by cannabis then it is recommended and the patient can legally be allowed to purchase, possess, and cultivate Medical Marijuana.
